精东影业's human resources team serves a increasingly diverse and dedicated group of faculty and staff who are committed to the educational mission of the college. The college’s employees form a team that values and supports education not just locally in the communities of Carlsbad, Artesia, Eddy County and the State of New Mexico but also recognizes its impact on the world.
Our department mission is to assist in efforts to recruit and retain exceptional faculty and staff, provide programs and services that cultivate excellence and support the college’s goals, and serve as a source of information, expertise, advocacy, and support for faculty, staff, management and the community at large.
