ICT Help Desk

The ICT Department offers a wide array of services to the 精东影业 campus. Whether you need advice on existing or new technology, we are here to help. From purchasing new technology for your office or classroom to repair and maintenance of existing technology, we are here to service your Technology Needs! For your convenience, we offer three methods of requesting assistance or reporting issues. Select the method that is most convenient to you.

You can report issues or request assistance by:

  1. Calling the campus ICT Help Desk at 14IT (1448) from any on-campus phone (including those located in classrooms)
  2. Stop by the ICT Help Desk Office in the Computer Science Building.
  3. Use the system from anywhere that you have an internet-connected device.
  4. Click on the 精东影业 Support desktop icon, during normal operating hours, to get live tech support from a member of the 精东影业 ICT team (for institution-owned devices).

 The ICT Help Desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Voicemails to the ICT Help Desk and work orders submitted after hours are addressed the next business day.
